Any furniture you have to donate is greatly appreciated by our clients and therefore would like to thank you on their behalf.
Please call our offices between 9am and 1.30pm or 2pm to 3pm on Monday to Friday. We will need your name, telephone number, a list of the furniture that you want us to collect and confirmation that you will be at home between 10.30am and 3pm on the agreed collection date. On the day of collection, our driver will contact you when they are 30 minutes away from your address.
Collection and Delivery Days
We are the only charity in the Midlands, collecting furniture that will only be supplied to people on benefits or who cannot afford to get credit. We make a small charge for donated furniture. What we charge represents approximately 20% of the cost of running the service.
We employ van drivers and we have volunteers who go on the vans to collect your donations. We cannot ask them to take risks when they make a collection, so if they refuse an item because moving it could injure them or damage your property the decision is final.
We do not collect dangerous or damaged items; you should take these to your councils Civic Amenity Site where it will be recycled safely.
We collect from and deliver to different postcodes in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Solihull on different days, we will try and offer you a collection / delivery as soon as possible.
If you would like to deliver donations directly to us, then these can be accepted from 07.30 to 18.00 weekdays
