DO YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW NEEDS SOME FURNITURE?

If Yes, please read on:

Everyone accessing the service has to be on BENEFITS to shop here, because we subsidise everything we sell.
If you want some help setting up home or you just need some extra household items, we will try to help.
We sell clean second-hand furniture, New electrical items and New graded electrical items.

ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

This Charity helps needy people and families in Birmingham, you should show us that you are not working or on low income. You must have your own place before you shop here. We suggest that you bring along the following:

  • Proof that you are currently receiving a supplementary or statutory state benefit - Tax Credits, Retirement pension, Disability Pension is fine.
  • Proof of your identity and proof of your address - Your Driving License, Passport or National Insurance Card is fine.

If you live in rented accommodation, It will help us if you bring your tenancy agreement or a utility bill addressed to you at your address.

Having registered as a member, our staff will try to help you get the right items. To speed up the registeration process please download our referral form and complete it before you arrive at our showroom.

You can come as often as you want. We do limit how many of some items that you can buy, Beds etc, to give everyone a fair chance. If you don’t see items during your visit, let our staff know and they will look out for them.

You cannot reserve furniture.

You must pay cash for the items that you choose, before they will be delivered.
