- Proof you get supplementary or statutory state benefits - JSA,Tax Credits, Retirement pension, Disability Pension is fine.
- Proof of your identity - your driving license, passport or national insurance or NHS Card SOMETHING WITH YOUR PHOTO AND NAME is fine.
- Proof of Address - if you live in rented accommodation, bring your tenancy agreement or a utility bill addressed to you at your address.
When you have registered as a member, we will book you in and try to help you get the right items.
Once your a member, you can come as often as you want while your on BENEFITS. We do limit how many of some items that you can buy, to give everyone a fair chance. If you don’t
You must pay cash for the items that you choose, before they will be delivered. UNLESS YOU WERE SENT HERE WITH A VOUCHER.
IMPORTANT - If the items you buy are too big to carry and you live at an address covered by Birmingham City Council, we can offer you a "Free Delivery". If you don't we can still arrange to deliver the items you buy but we will make a charge of between £5.00 and £20.00 per delivery. If you ask for a “Free Delivery” we will offer you a delivery date usually within five days. If you accept this but you are not in on the agreed day YOU will have to come here and pay a Re-delivery charge of £20 before we will give you another delivery date. You CAN COLLECT WITHIN 7 days if you phone and tell us OR we will sell the items and when you come we will give you a credit or a cheque less the wasted journey delivery cost.
